Valentines Weekend

Valentines weekend was a hit. I had so much fun!

Friday night the four of us headed to Ikea to get a comforter for Nicholas and a book shelf for Trisha for all her stuff! We build the shelf and I went away organizing it all! I got a bunch done.

Saturday the kids and I did a few little things around the house (4 loads of laundry, cleaned the bathtub, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned the toys and play room, took a load to the thrift store, and walked the dog). That night we had Ella over for a bit while her mom and dad escaped!

She was great! Ella followed Ryan around, and Nicholas followed Ella around. Worked out very well. We set up our playpen in our room, for sleep time, and the kids are all great together!!!!! I love having her. I can do more if you need me :) And I am cheap!

Sunday work up with the kids......waited for Tom to get home from work to bring us some english muffins so we could make our own egg mcmuffins. He came home with a big grouping of balloons (the big middle one sings), roses, a teddy bear and chocolates for me!!! Oh plus a card :) He loves me.

The kids got candy, a balloon and Itunes card. We made cupcakes and had some visitors. Caleb and Neely came by for a visit. Caleb (7 months) put some fingers into one of my undecorated cupcakes and so it was his! He LOVED it.......so cute made a big mess, but that is what the dog is for :) After nap time the kids, dog and I packed up to meet Nana for a play at the park. It was great! There were two guys flying these airplanes that just stunned Nicholas. Great time!

Had a nice dinner, with everyones favorites. Steak, mushrooms and sweet potato for Tom and I. Weiners in wraps, ketchup, noodles and sweet potatoes for the kids. After dinner we had a cupcake and baths. Then just hung out together and played. To top off the night, I made the family some milkshakes!!! Tom is just a plain chocolate shake, while Nicholas Ryan and I had a healthy shake with bananas that I made. Nicholas and Ryan both really enjoy these!!! As you can see in the picture Nicholas had the shake ring on his face :)
