As most of you know I went through a breast reduction in 2010.
I was unhappy, no self esteem and not motivated to do the things that would get in my way so to say. I made this decision a while before and thought deep and hard about the pluses and minuses of getting it done.
Today.....i am happy to say that I haven't regreted it one bit :) I still remember waking up from the surgery. I still remember the night I had in there. I remember going home and all the support and help that I had. Not once did I think that this wasn't worth every bit of what it brought along with it!!
Today I am happy to announce that I am healed and one year over the hump of surgery. I am still grining from ear to ear! I can't stop thinking about all the positive changes that have come with this surgery. I am now a non smoker, since January of 2010. I am training to run the Vancouver Sun Run (then a 1/2 marathon). I am down 32 pounds so far. I can do so much more and smile so much more with every accomplishment!!
Thank you to all who have supported this decision that I made and......I LOVE THEM :)
